  6. Get 1 cup milk
  7. Get 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

  2. In a kadai heat butter and add all-purpose flour and saute very well.
  3. Fry for a minute or two.Reduce the flame.

  12. And close it and grill/toast until it turns brown.
