Instructions to make Spinach Tofu Burji Grilled Sandwich:
  1. You can easily make it 30 minutes.
  2. In a pan put 2 spoons of oil and once the oil is hot, put mustard seeds, ginger, cumin seeds and curry leaves
  3. Tofu is cut into small squares(prior). Put the tofu pieces and add turmeric powder and 1/2 spoon of chilli powder(depending on the spice level). Don’t forget to add salt (1/2 spoon should do)
  4. Use a flat spatula to chop the tofu pieces into small granules and keep cooking for 20 minutes. Once the small granules of tofu starts tossing, you’re ready to use it as a stuffing in the bread.
  5. Take bread slices and apply the tofu as stuffing and grill it as regular process for grilled sandwich.
  6. Once the grill is done, you’re ready to serve.
