  2. Prepare 1 cup leftover rice
  3. Take 1 tsp Ginger garlic chopped
  4. Take 2 tsp Green chillies
  5. Prepare 1 onion chopped
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup bread crumb
  7. Make ready 2 tablespoon corn flour
  8. Take 1/4 teaspoon Chilli flakes
  9. Prepare to taste salt and red chilli powder
  10. Make ready as needed Oil to deep fry
