The ingredients needed to make Sama & sago dosa (Navratri vrat special):
  1. Take 1 cup Sama rice/Mauraya /Bhagar
  2. Take 1/2 cup Sabudana /sago
  3. Take 1.5 cup Curd
  4. Get Green coriander
  5. Take 2 Green chilies
  6. Take Ginger 1 inch piece
  7. Take Ghee/oil
  8. Make ready Sendha namak /rock salt as per taste
  9. Take 1/2 tsp Roasted cumin powder

Instructions to make Sama & sago dosa (Navratri vrat special):
  1. Wash Sama rice & Sabudana 1-2 times. Remove excess water. Add curd & rest it for 5-6 hours.
  2. Add ginger, green chillies. Grind it & make batter like dosa.
  3. Add rock salt, coriander leaves & roasted cumin powder mix well.
  4. Heat nonstick pan. Pour 2 ladle full of batter. Spread it evenly. Drizzle some oil.
  5. Cook it on medium flame till it golden brown. When it's done flip it. & cook it another side
  6. Serve hot with coconut & peanuts chutney
