The ingredients needed to make Falhari Bowl:
  1. Get 2 tbsp Sunflower/Groundnut Oil
  2. Get 6 tbsp Bhagar(Moraiyo/Samo)
  3. Prepare 1 cup water
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup diced carrot
  5. Make ready 1/2 cup diced capsicum
  6. Get 1 small diced tomato
  7. Prepare 1 inch grated ginger
  8. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder (or acc to taste)
  9. Get 2 tbsp grated cheese
  10. Take As required Potato chips
  11. Make ready to taste Salt

Instructions to make Falhari Bowl:
  1. In a pot Heat oil. Add Ginger, Carrot, Caosicum and Tomatoes. Into add all spices including salt to taste and let them cook. Meanwhile in a pressure add water, sama and salt to taste. Cover the lid and cook until 2 whistle.
  2. Now, in a bowl make a layer boiled sama and cooked vegetables. First add sama, then add vegetable, again add sama, then add vegetable. On the topmost layer add grated cheese. On the top add chips and serve. Enjoy meal!
