  1. Prepare 3 tbsp Channa daal
  2. Get 3 tbsp masoor daal
  3. Take 3 tbsp arhar daal
  4. Prepare 3 tbsp moong daal
  5. Take 3 tbsp Maash daal(uraad)
  6. Take 3 tbsp malka masoor daal
  7. Get 3 tbsp chawal
  8. Make ready 3 tbsp oats
  9. Get 1 Chicken cube
  10. Get 1 tsp Salt
  11. Prepare 2 tsp Red chilli pepper
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  13. Make ready 2 tbsp Oil
  14. Prepare 1/2 cup Butter
  15. Prepare 1 onion chopped
  16. Take 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  17. Prepare For bhagar

  2. In a wok add oil n onion and Saute it. Theek add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and turmeric. Bhoonify it till the oil come up
  3. Then add all soaked daal and water. Cook till all daal cooked completely. Then add chicken cube. And cook it. If u need salt then add it.
  4. Then add oats. And cook it till u get it desire thickness.
  5. Now on the other side make bhagar. Add butter in pan with cumin seeds, red chilli button and chopped onion. Pour bhagar on daal. Shahi mix daal is ready.. serve with brown onion, corriander, n chat masala
