  1. Prepare 2 cup Moong ki daal
  2. Get Tomato 2 chopped
  3. Get 2 Payaz medium size
  4. Make ready 3 Hari mirchay
  5. Get 2 glass Pani
  6. Get Lemon 2 (juice)
  7. Take Bhagar ingredients…
  8. Make ready 1 tea spoon Lahsan chopped
  9. Get 1 tea spoon Zeerah

  4. Jab daal is tarah thick hu jaya or gal jaya tu flame off kar daay or lemon juice add kar daay.
  5. Bhagar kay liye ak pan ma oil dal kar lahsan golden fry kar lay phir us ma tamam bhagar kay masalay dal kar daal par bhagar daay daay.
  6. Biol rice, achar, salad kay sath serve kary. Mazaydar punjabi daal Chawal tayar hia.
