  3. Handi ma cut ki hui palak, methi, saag or hari mirch daal kar pakanay kay liye rakh daay 10 se 15 minutes.
  4. Jab saag gal jaya tu dosri handi ma oil dal kar lahsan light brown kar lay phir tomato, hari mirchay dal kar achi tarah se bhon lay.
  5. Jab tomato bhon jaya tu Biol ki huwa saag dal kar achi se ghot lay is tarah.
  6. Ab alag se pan ma oil daal kar chopped garlic or ginger light brown kar kay bhagar daay daay saag par
  7. Makia ka ata neem garam pani se ghond kar darmayany size ki gol roti bana lay phir tawahay par dal kar makhan laga kar dono side's saakh lay.
  8. Saag ko makia ki roti or lasi kay sath serve kary.
