  3. R sab dalo mein hldi r nmk dal ke us mein 1 jug pani dal ke boil krlay.
  4. Jab daly gal jay to usko gotay s got lay achy sy R isi mein gndum jo blend ki hai vo b shamil kar ke cook kry.
  5. For Qorma: Ab seprate pyaz tmatr r lhsan mein 2 Tbsp Pani dal ke grand krlay.
  6. Ab ksi pan mein 2Tbsp Oil dal ke tmatr vla mixtr dal ke itna bunay ke kchapan khtm hjay.r sth e is mein nmk red mirch r hldi r grma msla pees ke add kary r achy s bun lay.
  7. Ab seprat beef mein nmk dal ke 2 glas pani dal ke usko achy s gla lay. R jab gosht gal jay to usko chop krlay.
  8. Ab chop kiy hoy Gosht ko tmatr mein dal ke 5 mint bunay r phr is mixtr ko dalo mein add krday. R Is mein black peper, red chilli flakes b add krdy R nmk b taste krlay.
  9. Aur achy say mix karlay then is mein moti red mirch dal dy r pknay day jab tak thick na hjay R lais ban jay.
  10. For bhagar: Ab seprt ak pan mein desi ghee daly r brik cut kar ke pyaz dly r usko brown karlay..
  11. Then Serve it with lemon, dnya,hari mirch,brown pyazr adrak ke sth serve kry.
