  1. Get 1/2 cup oil
  2. Get 250 gm mash ki dal
  3. Prepare 2 onion chopped
  4. Prepare 2 tomato chopped
  5. Get 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  7. Get 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  8. Take 1 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp coriander powder
  10. Prepare 1 tsp black pepper
  11. Prepare bhagar kay liye
  12. Make ready 1/2 cup oil
  13. Get 2 tbsp cumin seeds
  14. Prepare 6 sabut gol mirchay

Steps to make Mash Daal:
  1. Soak mash daal for 1 hour, wash & drain.
  2. Boil mash daal in enough water, drain & keep aside.
  3. Heat oil, fry onions over medium heat until soft.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes & spices & fry for 5 to 6 min.
  5. Add daal & continue to cook on medium flame for 10 min.
  6. Bhagar kay liye….. take a pan add oil, sabut gol mirchay or cumin seeds fry until they get crispy, then pour over the prepared daal.
  7. Serve with roti / rice & enjoy…
