Hey everyone, it is me again, Dan, welcome to my recipe page. Today, we’re going to prepare a special dish, my favourite pancake recipe. One of my favorites. This time, I’m gonna make it a little bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

My favourite pancake recipe is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes delicious. They are nice and they look wonderful. My favourite pancake recipe is something that I’ve loved my entire life.

We use yogurt frequently at home because the kids are big smoothie fans and I always use plain yogurt to make them. This post may contain affiliate links. The ingredients needed to make My favourite pancake recipe:
  1. Make ready 4/5 cup flour
  2. Take 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  3. Take 1/4 tsp salt
  4. Prepare 1/2 tbsp sugar
  5. Make ready 1 egg
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup milk
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp butter (melted)

A super easy pancake recipe that's also freezer friendly. Today I'm so happy to be sharing my absolute favorite buttermilk pancake recipe with you. I have a favourite basic pancake mix with eggs but I have run out of eggs. I have finally found a mix that is basic and doesn't need an egg substitute.

Steps to make My favourite pancake recipe:
  1. Sift all dry ingredients together in a large bowl
  2. Whisk eggs and milk
  3. Add dry mix gradually, but don't overmix! Just enough to hydrate all ingredients
  4. Add melted butter and stir to incorporate
  5. On a dry nonstick pan on medium heat, spoon on batter in a circle and end on centre to form a mound. Don't move it!
  6. Once air bubbles begin to form, check the bottom for colour. If it's a nice even tan, flip it over! Usually it takes 3 minutes first side, and 2 on the second
  7. Top it off! Okay, here's my contribution: - Sweet: I like to serve them with a coconut milk syrup (leftover from prev recipe). 1 tbsp condensed milk mixed with 1 tbsp coconut milk makes a creamy and refreshing sauce! - Savoury: My friends don't understand this, but these pancakes are neutral enough to be made savoury. Sprinkle on shredded cheddar when warm, and drizzle with ketchup and mustard. Seriously, try it. - Or if you're classically canadian, drizzle on that maple syrup!
