  1. Channy ki daal ko dhoo kar ky bhigo dain 1ghanty ky lye. Zafran ko milk main soak krdain taky ghul jaye aur colour ajye
  2. Piyaz,adrak,lehsan,timatar chop krlain.pateely main oil dalain.slice piyaz daal kar fry krain.lehsan adrak bhi daal kar fry krain.sabut garam masala add krdain.1-2 min bhoon lain ky khusbo ajye. Mutton add kar ky 5-7 min low heat py bhoonain.1 cup pani daal ky cover kar ky pakny dain.
  3. Pani thora dry hojye tu timatr add krdain.lal mirch,haldi add krdain.daal ka pani throw kar ky daal bhi add krdain.cover kar medium heat py cook krain.
  4. Jab pani dry hony lagy aur daal soft hojye tu thoora bhonain.
  5. Daal ko ghot lain.agar chain tu gosht alag kar ky daal ghot lain aur gosht bhi resha krlain.agar chain tu aik sath pateely main hy ghoot lain.
  6. Milk main jo zafran mix kya tha.daal main shamil krdain. Achi tarha sy mix krain aur aik ubal tak pakain.daal agar buht thick ho tu thora pani daal kar gravy banalain hisb e zaroorat.harimirchain shamil krdain
  7. Bhagar tayar krain.oil garam kar ky zeera sabut mirch currypata add kar ky daal par add krain.garam masala powder sprinkle krain. Haradhania sy garnish krain. Mazedaar Zafrani Daal Gosht tayar hy.naan ky sath serve krain.

Preparation: Clean and wash mutton pieces well. Drain all water and keep aside. Method: Heat oil and fry whole garam masala a little. Add mutton and fry until light brown. Daal gosht or dal gosht is a popular dish of flavorful, spicy cubed lamb and a blend of herbs.
