  3. Oil garam krein aur dal ki choti choti pholki bana lein
  4. Ek bowl main pani rakhein us main 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder add kar ke mix krein aur ready pholki ko is main main 10 min soak kar ke chalni main nekal lein
  5. Aub dahi main sugur aur 1 tsp salt add krein aur mix kar ke side kar dein
  6. Roasted zera aur roasted gol mirch ko dardara sy pess kar side kar dein
  7. Aub ek dish main pholkiyan nekal lein is par dahi dal dein aur jo roasted masala pesa tha wo dal dein imli ki khati methi chutney dalein hara dhanya hari mirch dal dein
  8. Aub ek pan main 3 tbsp oil garam krein us main sabit gol mirch, curry patta dal kar karkarain aur ye bhagar dahi baron par dal dein delicious dahi baray ready hain
