Instructions to make Masoor dal:
  1. Dal ko half hour Kay liye bhego dein
  2. Patili May Pani dal Kay lahsan adrak haldi chilli add Karen pani May boil ajye to dal add Karen
  3. Boil ajye to flame slow Kar dein Kay dal gul jaye to salt or amchor add Kar Kay 5 min pakyen green chill or podina bhe add kar dein
  4. Ab bhagar tayar karen Pan May oil dalen garam ho jaye to lahsan dal Kay light golden Karen zeera add Karen or bhagar laga dein
