The ingredients needed to make Farali medu wada:
  1. Take 1.5 Bowl Warai rice(bhagar)
  2. Get 2 medium sized bolied potatoes
  3. Make ready 3 and half bowl water
  4. Take Salt
  5. Get Ginger and green chilli paste
  6. Get Cumin seeds
  7. Get Oil for frying

Instructions to make Farali medu wada:
  1. First wash warai rice neatly
  2. Boil water in a pan add some salt to it.
  3. Once it starts boiling add warai rice to it.mix well and let it cook for 5 to 10 mins
  4. Mash two potatoes in big bowl, now add cooked warai rice to it,it should not be hot.
  5. Add ginger and green chilli paste, salt and cumin seeds to it. Mix well
  6. Knead soft dough with water adding gradually.
  7. Heat oil in kadai.prepare medu wada from dough and fry till golden brown.fry it patiently.do not fry on high flame.
  8. Serve with coconut chutney
