The ingredients needed to make Kadi Pakoda:
  1. Prepare 1/2 Cup Yoghurt
  2. Make ready 1/4 Cup Besan
  3. Prepare 1 onion (half use ki)
  4. Make ready 1 Garlic (jawa) cut
  5. Prepare 1.5 tsp Red chilli powder
  6. Prepare 1 tsp Haldi powder
  7. Get 1 tsp salt
  8. Take 3 Glass water for kadi
  9. Take 1 Cup Besan (for Pakoda)
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp salt
  11. Make ready 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  12. Get 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  13. Get Coriander leave
  14. Prepare 2 Green chilli
  15. Take 1/2 cup water for better mixing
  16. Take Oil for frying
  17. Take 7 Button chilli for bhagar
  18. Prepare Curry leave
  19. Make ready 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
  20. Make ready 1/2 onion slice
  21. Make ready 1 Garlic (jawa)
  22. Take 1/4 cup oil for bhagar

Instructions to make Kadi Pakoda:
  1. Yoghurt, Besan ko mix Karein koi Lum's na bune smooth paste buna Lein phir dry ingredients onion garlic add Kar ke mix Karein
  2. Ab patele main sub better ko dal ke Pani add Karein 3 glass aur slow flame pe pakne dein about 30 minutes after 30 minutes kadi better done
  3. Ab Pakoda mix bunaie ge sub ingredients ko Besan main mix Kar ke 1/2 cup Pani se better ready Kar le
  4. Besan ko 10 minutes ke lye rahk dein,ab oil ko garam Karein ge pakode fry Karne ke lye oil main pakode bune ke lye Dale aur golden hone tuk fry Karein,phir kadi main add Kar dein sub pakode.
  5. Bhagar ke lye garam oil main sub ingredients ko dal dein aur golden hone dein oske baad kadi main bhagar lugaie
