Steps to make Mutton pulao:
  1. Wash the meat completly
  2. Take pressure cooker add mutton.salt black pepper.long cinemon stick. Black cardamom Coriander seeds.funnel seeds onion ginger and water
  3. Give pressure for 25 mintes to make mutton softer.
  4. Stain yakni and mutton
  5. Take a large pan heat oil.
  6. Add white and black cumin. Black pepper.cinnemon stick long black pepper. Bay leaves and slice onion
  7. Fry onions till that become golden
  8. Add ginger garlic paste and mutton bhunify well
  9. Then add yougart bhunify again.
  10. Then add yakhni according to rice
  11. Soaked rice for 20 mintes
  12. Add salt in yakhni and boil it then add rice
  13. Let it cook and add nut meg and mace powder
  14. Keep it on simmer 10 to 12 mintes
  15. Dish out and serve with riata and salad.if with shami kbab is best combo 😊
