  1. Chikhn ko axhi trha dholen
  2. Ab es m 4cup pani dal salt.garam masala.sonf.dhania.lehson adrak or puaz dal ke yakhni bana lein
  3. Ab ykhni or chikn ko separate krlen
  4. Green chutney bnsin blender m dhania.green chilli.lehson.zeera dal ke blend lr lein
  5. Rice ko bhiga dein 20 mint tak
  6. Ab oil m piaz zeera ilachi garam masala dal ke fry kar lein jab golden hojaiy
  7. Lehson adrk paste or chutney dal ke bhoon lein.
  8. Ab or dahi dal ke bhoon lein
  9. Ab ykhni or salt dalen
  10. Jab ykhni boil hojsiy to es rice dal ke pkain
  11. Or 10 mint dam p rkhn dein

Basically, pulao recipes are very easy to make and quick recipes. But in this recipe, we are going to add spinach puree and different green veggies which gives slightly spicy and flavorful taste in pulao. Green pulao, I have been making this since sometime, it make a good one pot meal. Green pulao has the combination of mint and coriander along with other spices. I usually serve with onion raita (onion in yoghurt), but it can be paired with cucumber and onion raita too.

It’s not difficult to fight your bad mood when you consume grains. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all truly great for helping increase your happiness levels. They fill you up better and that can help you with your moods also. Feeling famished can be awful! These grains can help your mood elevate as it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps jumpstart a rise in your blood sugar which in turn brings up your mood to a happier place.
