Steps to make Shoula:
  1. Fry onion slice in the oil
  2. When it's turn into goldn brown clr add spices salt.red chilli powder.turmeric.ginger garlic paste.garam masala bhunfy well
  3. Then add beef and spninach together
  4. Let it cook till become soft.when it's tender bunify again.
  5. Soak rice. moong dal ground wheat at least 1 hr
  6. Then boil it by adding 1 tsp salt.and 1 tsp turmeric powder.
  7. When it's become tender then mashed it by hand blender or wooden or ghotni
  8. Then mix gound wheat.rice and dal mixture.
  9. Mash a little again to mix all
  10. Let it cook to add a little water
  11. When become required consistancy turn off the flame
  12. And give bhagar on it with given ingredients like oil.onion.cumin seeds
  13. Garnished and serve hot

Some grains are actually wonderful for driving away bad moods. Barley, millet, quinoa, etc are excellent at helping you feel better. They help you feel full too which can really help to better your mood. Feeling hungry can be a real downer! The reason these grains are so good for your mood is that they are not hard for your body to digest and process. You digest these foods faster than other things which can help increase your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel more pleasant, mood wise.
