  2. Barry bhagony main chop palak add krain.phir qabooli, qeema,lal mirch,salt,ginger paste,garlic cloves add krky achi tarha mix krain medium flame py.achi mixing ky baad 4 cup pani add krky medium flame py cook hony dain.
  3. Thori thori dair main spoon chalaty rahain so that achi mixing bhi ho aur tamam ajza achi tarha blend ho jain
  4. Pani dry hony lagy tu palak,qabooli,qeema sab achi tarha soft hojany aur apas mein ghully millay hony chahye.shola thora mild consistency ko hota hy.buht thick acha nahi lagta.tamam ajza ghull milk jain tu dam py rakh dain thori dair.jab tak bhagar tayar kar lain
  5. Oil garamkrky slice piyaz ko golden fry krain aur lal mirch add kar lain.sabut lal mirch bhi add krskty hain.main ny fresh red chilli use ki.
  6. Sholy par bhagar krain.ginger julians chaat masala sprinkle krain aur lemon wedges ky sath serve krain.hamary ghr main shola spoon sy khana pasand kya jata hy lekin naan ya parathon ky sath bhi buht maza ka lagta hy.zaroor try krain.
