The ingredients needed to make Mong masoor daal:
  1. Prepare 1 pao Moong masoor daal
  2. Prepare 2 big Timatr
  3. Take Namak as req
  4. Make ready 2 tsp Kuti mirch
  5. Get half tsp Haldii
  6. Take Oil for bhagar
  7. Make ready 1 bunch lehsan chopped
  8. Make ready 1 tsp Zeera
  9. Take 5-7 Sabot gol mirch

Instructions to make Mong masoor daal:
  1. Daal ko dho ke 2 glass Pani dal ke low flame pe pakaen jhag ajaye to nikaal dein Timatr namak mirch shamil kar dein halki anch pe 20 mins pakaen
  2. Daal mix hojaye namak mix karein zarurat ho to pani add karein 5 mint pakaen
  3. Fry pan mein oil Dalen chopped lehsan brown hojaye to zeera or sabot mirch add karein pinch pisi mirch Dalen or bhagar laga dein
  4. Mong masoor daal ready hai mein bhagar ki pic lena bhol gai thi
