  3. Make ready 3 medium potatoes
  4. Make ready 1 onion chopped
  5. Prepare 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  6. Get 2 tbsp chopped green chillies
  7. Make ready 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. Get 1 tsp chaat masala
  9. Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  10. Get 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  11. Take 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  12. Make ready 1 cup Bread crums
  13. Take 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  14. Get 3 tbsp hot & sweet tomato sauce
  15. Take 2 tbsp butter
  16. Make ready 2 tbsp oil
  17. Make ready 1 tomato sliced
  18. Make ready 1 onion sliced
  19. Make ready 2 cheese slices
  20. Get 1 tsp eno salt
  21. Prepare 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions to make Yummy Burger Without Bread:
  1. Soak the barnyard Millets (bhagar)for 2 hours
  2. Transfer the soaked bhagar without water in a mixer grinder. Add 1/2 cup curd and 1/2 tsp salt and grind to a smooth paste
  3. Add eno & lemon juice to the paste and add 1/3 quantity to a greased bowl and steam for 10 mins
  4. Keep aside to cool down. Once cold, slit into two parts and saute in a frying pan with little butter.
  5. For the TIKKI - boil potatoes and smash them well
  6. In a kadai add oil and cumin seeds for tempering. Add grated ginger and green chillies. Saute well.Add onions, turmeric powder,red chilli Powder & salt and saute well
  7. Add smashed potatoes to the mixture. Sprinkle some chaat masala & chopped coriander leaves
  8. Switch off the gas.let the mixture cool down. Add bread crumbs and shape into tikkis. Re coat with bread crumbs again
  9. Shallow fry the tikkis in a pan over butter
  10. Now assemble the burger in following steps
  11. In a bowl add hot & sweet tomato sauce and mayonaisse to make a quick homemade burger sauce
  12. Apply butter to the bhagar portions. Then apply the homemade burger sauce. Add tomato slices
  13. Place the tikki and onion rings, apply the sauce once again, place the cheese slice over it
  14. Apply some sauce and close the burger with the bhagar topping. Pierce a skewer to ensure that the ingredients are held well.
  15. Garnish with some wafers
