Steps to make Just made some Cornish pasties. Delicious!:
  1. Peel the swede, onions and potatoes
  2. Chop all finely
  3. Cook onions in a little oil for 2mins, add the mince and stir until brown then add the other vegatables and cook for 4-5mins. Allow it all to cool
  4. Depending on how many you want to make, cut your pastry into slices, do each pasty one by one.
  5. Role out your sectioned pastry into a nice circle, then add the filling is a straight line in the middle. Bring both sides together and pinch, after that pinch the ends. HOWEVER, DO NOT FOLD.
  6. Before cooking, cover in beaten egg.
  7. After that, cook for approx.10mins
