The use of celery root, a.k.a. celeriac, was an accident since I thought I was buying a rutabaga but it was an excellent addition.

The ingredients needed to make Rutabaga Canapé:
  1. Prepare 1 half Rutabaga
  2. Prepare 3 tbsp Shirasu
  3. Take 1 Italian parsley
  4. Take 1 dash Coarsely ground salt and pepper
  5. Get 1 tbsp Olive oil
  6. Make ready 4 Pink peppercorns (if available)

Steps to make Rutabaga Canapé:
  1. Rutabaga is known as "Swiss turnip". Peel it and slice it into about 8 mm thick round slices.
  2. Place it in a silicone steamer or in a microwavable plastic bag, and microwave it for 1 minute 30 seconds.
  3. Add olive oil and the coarsely ground salt and pepper into shirasu and chopped parsley. MIx them well.
  4. Top the sliced rutabagas from Step 2 with the mixture from Step 3. Decorate them with the pink peppercorns.

Feeling famished can actually make you feel terrible! The reason these grains are so great for your mood is that they are not difficult for your body to digest and process. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps kick start a rise in your blood sugar which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.

Studies prove that this specific amino acid can actually stimulate brain waves. This helps improve your mental energy while simultaneously calming your body.
