  5. top up the rest ov the pan with cold water. so all the veg and meat is covered.
  6. Bring to the boil for 20mins
  7. Turn down to simmer, i usually simmer for roughly 2hours.
  8. Taste and add more seasonings should you wish.
  9. Slice up your French Stick
