  1. Prepare 2 (32 oz) containers broth
  2. Take 2 (32 oz) containers stock
  3. Make ready 3 cup diced carrots
  4. Get 1 rutabaga, diced
  5. Prepare 2 small onions diced
  6. Make ready 6 celery stalks diced
  7. Get 20 dashes pepper, seasoning salt, thyme, parsley, Mrs dash
  8. Get 20 dashes bay leaves
  9. Make ready 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  10. Make ready 3 dash paprika, nutmeg
  11. Take 10 dashes sage, basil
  12. Prepare 2 small hens or 7 breasts
  13. Get 8 cups water
  14. Take 1 lb pasta, i did egg noodles
  15. Take 6 cloves minced garlic

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add carrot, celery, zucchini and swede. Place the chicken, celery, onion and water in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. In a large pot, bring broth to a boil over high.

  1. Take a big stockpot and dump all liquid in
  2. Mince garlic, add to pot
  3. Dice carrots, onions, rutabaga, celery and put in pot
  4. Add chicken to pot
  5. Add everything else to the pot but pasta
  6. Cook on high til chicken is done (all white)
  7. Remove chicken, shred or dice and put back in the soup
  8. Add pasta and frozen peas if desired (i was out of peas)
  9. Cook on high til pastas cooked, vegetables tender about 20 to 25 min
  10. Serve and keep warm
