The ingredients needed to make Mong daal:
  1. Take 2 cup Daal
  2. Take 2 Tomatoes
  3. Make ready 4 Green chillies
  4. Get 3-4 cloves Garlic
  5. Get 2 tsp Haldi
  6. Get 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  7. Get 1 tbsp Zeera
  8. Get 1 tbsp G.G paste
  9. Prepare leaves Curry
  10. Get Corriender as required
  11. Prepare Podina asrequired
  12. Get pinch Tatri
  13. Make ready to taste Salt
  14. Get 1/2 cup Oil
  15. Take 6-7 Sabut laal mirch

Instructions to make Mong daal:
  1. Add oil in pan and heat then add chopped garlic and golden brown it
  2. Then wash and soak daal and add in pan and stir now add g.g paste
  3. Then chopped tomatoes, green chilles,haldi powder,red chilli powder,then stir it for 3 to 4 min and add water almost 4 glass
  4. Now cover and let it cook for almost half hour when it was done add salt and further cook for 3 to 4 min
  5. For tarka pour oil in a pan almost half cup heat it then add curry leaves zeera and chopped garlic and round red chillies fry it and and then pour tarka over pan
  6. Then add chopped corriender and mint then serve…
