  3. 30 mins ke baad us me red food colour or Banzovate powder Dal ke choola band Kar dein… Thanda Kar ke jaar me rakhe.. 1 mahenay tak khrab nahe Hoga.. insha'Allah tala

They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, improves your mood.
