  1. Alu bukharon ko achi trha wash kar lein or 3 se 4 glass pani dal kar overnight bhigo dein.. alu bukhare Phol jaen ge or soft hojaen ge..
  2. Ab 1 pan mn alu bukhare pani sameet dal dein or boil ane dein 1 boil ke baad low flame pe 8 se 10 min tak paka lein is ke baad sugar or yellow food colour add karein.. sugar ka pani dry hone tak paka lein
  3. Stove band kar dein Sitric acid (tatri) 1 chukti dal dein jis se chutney ki shelflife zyda hojae gi 2 se 3 months tak use kar skty hain ise..
