Steps to make #dhokla recipe:
  1. Take One Katori besan and mix with water and make a smooth batter
  2. Add half tablespoon sugar 1/4 spoon of salt,add (satri) critic acid if u hav,or add nimbu ras in it,
  3. Rested for one hour take a pan grease it with oil
  4. Add one pouch of Eno and mix in circular direction quickly, isse batter fool jata hai, pour the batter in a greased pan or you can take Idli stand for it,
  5. Steam the batter for 10 minutes
  6. Dhokla is ready
  7. Make khatta meetha tadka of oil,raai,greenchilly,put two glass of water in.it.add sugar 4 spoon,salat 1 spoon,tatri half spoon and bring it to boil..
  8. Tadka is ready..spread the tadka in dhokla
