The ingredients needed to make Instant dhokla:
  1. Get 1 bowl besan
  2. Get to taste Salt
  3. Prepare 2-3 tsp / as per taste Sugar
  4. Prepare 1 tsp soda
  5. Prepare 1 tsp citric acid (tatri)
  6. Take Pinch hing
  7. Prepare as needed If u want you can add grated ginger
  8. Prepare Tadka
  9. Prepare 3-4 tsp Oil
  10. Take 1 tsp mustard seed
  11. Prepare 1 tsp sesame seed
  12. Prepare 2-3 green chilli chopped
  13. Make ready 4-5 curry leaves
  14. Get Pinch hing
  15. Take 1 small glass Water
  16. Take to taste Sugar and salt

Steps to make Instant dhokla:
  1. Take besan add water and make batter than add sugar salt and asfotedia.
  2. In one bowl add little water add citric acid dissolved it nicely.than add in batter.
  3. Note take soda add in batter mix it nicely and pour in micro safe dish. Micro it 5 minutes.
  4. Prepare tadka add oil, hing curry leaves and sesame seed.
  5. Green chilli nicely sauté than add water salt and sugar as per taste pour the tadka on dhokla
  6. Aft 4-5 mins water absorbed nicely than serve it.
