  2. 2.5 liter pani len usy achi say boil aane den ab corn flour ya nishaista pani mein mix karen or thora thora kar k boil hoty pani mein dalty jaen sath sath spon chalaty rehna hai warna guthliyan bn jaen gi ab gara hone tak pakaen
  3. Corn flour k paste thanda hone k bad esa white colour mein aa jae ga ab 3,4 tblspn pani len us mein 2 tea spn orange foold colour mix karen or corn flour paste mein dal k mix karen
  4. Sath he tatri 1 tblspn full dal den mix karen yahan ap ko plastic ka spoon use karna hai warna steel ka spn black ho jae ga sath namak hasb e zaiqa dal den humari orange chatni tayar hai ab 2 cup maida simple pani say gound len 15 minute rest den phir es tarah choty choty balls bana len ab roti ki tarah bellen
  5. Papri fry kar len ab yahan 2.5 cup basan ko ghol len us mein pinch baking soda or namak dal k mix karen ab dahi bhaly k tarsh bhaly tayar kar len
  6. Jb fry ho jaen tou plate mei nikalty jaen 5 minute k bad ek bowl mein pani len sath thora namak dal k bhaly us mein sock karen 2, minute ka liye ab hath say halka halka press kar k pani nikal len ab 1 cup emli ka plup len us mein 4 tbspn cheni dal k mix karen ab jis plate mein ap ko serve karna ho us mein chane or allu dalen
  7. Ab ek bhala bi add karen us k bd orange chatni us k bad 1/2 dahi mein thora namak or pani milaen ab orange chatni k bad 3,4 spn dahi k dalen us k bd,2,3 tblspn emli wali chatni dalen
  8. Ab papri chaat masala or kuti lal mirch apne taste k hisaab say dalen sath he piyaz,timtar or hari mirchen dalen
  9. Mazedar chat pati dhaba style chana chaat tayar hai
