  21. Take 1 tbsp chat masala
  22. Make ready 1/2 tsp red chilli

  2. Ab ak krahi ma oil dal kar grm kar lain jab oil sy halka dhuwan niklny lgy puri ak ak dal kar sari puri fry kar lain or thandi hony ke liye rakh dain
  3. Chana chat. Ak bowl ma chany, alu, pyaz tmatar, dahi, lemon or hari michain dal kar mix krain. Ab is ma namak chat masala apny taste ke mutabik add kar ke mix kar lain. Chana chat tyar hai
  4. Imli ka pani. 1 bowl ma kali mirch, namak, surkh mirch, chat masala, ajwain, zeera, tatri or kala namak dal kar mix kar lain ab ak jug ma pani imli ka pulp or masaly apny taste ke mutabik add kar ke achi tra hilain or last ma burf dal kar serve krain
