  1. Make ready 1/2 cup butter/margarine
  2. Take 2 tsp cinnamon
  3. Prepare 1/4 tsp salt
  4. Take 2 tbs sugar
  5. Get 1/2 tsp baking soda
  6. Prepare 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  7. Take 2 eggs
  8. Take 1 1/2 cup sugar
  9. Make ready 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions to make Snickerdoodle Cookies!:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
  2. Combine 1 1/2 cups white sugar, butter or margarine, vanilla and eggs. Mix well. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Blend well. Shape dough into 1 inch balls.
  3. Combine 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon. Roll dough in sugar/cinnamon mixture and place 2 inches apart on parchment paper
  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Immediately remove from cookie sheets.
