  2. Thora sa bhoonne ke baad is Mein homemade biryani masala Jo bnaya tha wo 5tbsp add krdain.or 1/3 cup dahi b shamil krdain.or bhoon lain achi trah.jab gosht gal Jaye to isay side par rakh dain.
  3. Ab biryani ke liye rice tayyar krna hai..aik bri pateeli lain is Mein oil and ghee add krain.and us Mein 2 badyan ke phool, 1 taiz pat,5-6 laung,4-5 Hari elaichi,darcheeni 2inch ka tukra.jab khushbo anay lgay 1 tbsp lehsan adrak paste daal dain or bs Thora sa bhonain or phr is Mein bheegay huye rice shamil krain.Hari mirchain b shamil krdain Thora sa bhonain rice Mein se khushboo anay lgay to 8 cups garam Pani shamil krd
