The ingredients needed to make Kathiya Wari Choley:
  1. Prepare White Choley 250gm (Soaked in (add soda) water overnight )
  2. Make ready 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  3. Make ready Turmeric powder half tsp
  4. Prepare 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp Garam masala
  6. Make ready Salt as your taste
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp Red chilli crushed
  8. Take Knorr chicken cube 1
  9. Make ready 2 pinch Baking powder
  10. Make ready Water 1 jug
  11. Get 1 tsp Lemon Salt (Tatri)
  12. Make ready Corn flour 2 tbsp. (Dissolve is water)
  13. Take Boiled Potato cubes 2

Pushcart vendors are selling these Kathiawari Cholay in many parts of the Karachi city. Soaked desi chana overnight with baking soda, next morning wash well. Blend bread slices previously soaked in water and add to the boiling chana. Add tamarind pulp, chat masala, salt and crushed red pepper, let it cook for half an hour till gravy thick.

Steps to make Kathiya Wari Choley:
  1. Take a pot add white choley, Ginger garlic paste, Turmeric powder, Red chilli powder,
  2. Garam masala, Salt, Red chilli crushed, Knorr chicken cube, Baking powder
  3. And add water. Mix it and cover it to cook until choley become soft.
  4. When choley become soft add Lemon salt, Corn flour (Dissolve is water) and boiled potato. Cook 2-3 mins more then switch off the flame.
  5. Kathiya wari choley is ready.

Blend bread slices previously soaked in water and add to the boiling chana. Add tamarind pulp, chat masala, salt and crushed red pepper, let it cook for half an hour till gravy thick. In pot,add water and bring it to boil,add chick peas,turmeric powder,salt,red chili powder,red chili crushed and mix well. Add sugar,tamarind pulp,tomato ketchup and mix well. Dissolve corn flour in water and gradually add corn flour+water in a pot and mix well.
