  2. Get 2/3 cube *Consomme (minced)
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp *Mayonnaise (half-calorie)
  4. Get 1 *Dried parsley
  5. Prepare 2 stick Imitation crab sticks
  6. Get 2 slice Ham
  7. Take 2 slice Sliced cheese
  8. Get 1 Vegetable oil

Steps to make For Bentos: Crab Stick Tamagoyaki Flavored with Soup Stock and Mayonnaise:
  1. Mix the eggs and * ingredients together.
  2. Heat up some vegetable oil in a square tamagoyaki frying pan. Pour in 1/3 of the egg mixture, and place the imitation crab towards the back once the top side has solidified a bit, and roll it up.
  3. After rolling, add in another 1/3 of the egg mixture, place a slice of cheese on top, and roll it up.
  4. Add in the remaining 1/3 egg mixture, add in ham, and roll it up.
  5. After you have finished rolling, wrap it in a paper towel, and mold it into a cylinder.
  6. Wrap it up again in aluminum foil. stand it up vertically, and let it cool. Do not close the top end of the aluminum foil in order to let the heat escape.
  7. After it has cooled, cut off both ends, and slice it.
