  2. Make ready 250 g Boiled White Choley
  3. Take Onion 1 small chopped
  4. Take Green chilli 2-3 chopped

  7. Prepare 1 tsp Chat Masala
  8. Make ready 1 tsp Roasted cumin seed powder

  10. Make ready Salt as your taste
  11. Make ready Sweet Dahi Ingredients
  12. Take Yogurt half kg
  13. Prepare Sugar powder half cup
  14. Make ready Gol Gappay Ka Pani ingredients:
  15. Take 1 tbsp Chat Masala
  16. Take 1 tsp Salt
  17. Prepare 1 tsp Black Salt
  18. Get Lemon Salt (Tatri) half tsp
  19. Prepare 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  20. Get 1 tbsp Soont (Dry Ginger powder)
  21. Get 1 tbsp Roasted White Zeera Powder
  22. Prepare Tamarind (imli) Water 1 glass (Soaked Tamarind in hot water overnight. Then discard seed and strain it)
  23. Make ready Cold Water 1 jug

  27. Get 1 tsp Salt

Steps to make Gol Gappay:
  1. Choley method. Take a bowl add white choley, Onion chopped, Green chilli chopped, Tomato chopped, Red chilli powder, Chat Masala, Roasted cumin seed powder, Red chilli crushed, Salt. Mix all the ingredients. Gol gappay Choley is ready.
  2. Sweet Dahi method. Take a bowl add yogurt, sugar powder and mix it well. Sweet yogurt is ready.
  3. Gol Gappay water: Take a bowl add all species in bowl, add Imli water and a jug of cold water. Mix it - - Gol Gappay water is ready.
  4. Gol Gappay: Take a bowl add suji, maida and salt and knead a hard dough. Cover it with wet cloth for 30 mins. Now make a ball and roll it and make chapatti. Now cut out small round with the help of cutter. Now make fry in warm oil. Fry it from both side. Gol Gappy is ready.
