The ingredients needed to make Tandoori aalu gobhi:
  1. Take 2 cups gobhi
  2. Prepare 2 cups aloo
  3. Prepare 4 big red tomatos
  4. Prepare 2 onions
  5. Prepare 5 green chillies
  6. Take 1 capsicum
  7. Take 1 bunch corriender leaves
  8. Get 2 ts g.g paste
  9. Get 1 ts cumin seeds
  10. Make ready 5 whole red chillies
  11. Get 1 ts red chilli powder
  12. Take 2 ts tandori masala(fine powder)
  13. Take 1/2 cup oil
  14. Get 1 ts salt
  15. Make ready tandoori masala
  16. Prepare 1 ts all spices (gram masala)
  17. Take 1 ts cumin
  18. Prepare 1 ts corriender seeds
  19. Make ready 2 tb red chilli
  20. Make ready 1/2 ts red food colour
  21. Get 1/2 ts kasoori mathi
  22. Take 1/2 ts tatri

However, if you don't like your food that spicy, feel free to cut down on the serrano pepper and/or cayenne pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a large saucepan. Add the chopped onion and one teaspoon of cumin seeds to the oil. Stir together and cook until onions become creamy, golden, and translucent.

  1. Peel and cut all vegetables
  2. In a pan add oil add whole red chillies and cumin in it add onion and cook at least 4 min and also add ginger garlic paste and tandori masala in it and bonify.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook it for 6 to 8 min
  4. Add potato and coliflower and 1/4 cup water and cook it at least 10 min then add capsicum and green chillies
  5. Add corriender leaves and cover the lid & cook it for 3 min.
  6. Your tandori aalu gobhi is ready to serve.
