  3. Prepare tsp Pisi mirch der
  4. Take Salt to taste
  5. Make ready 1 tsp Haldii
  6. Get Pyaz 1medium
  7. Take 2 pinch Tatri
  8. Take 2 tsp Lesn adrk paste
  9. Take Hara dhaniya half bunch
  10. Prepare 3,4 Hari mirch
  11. Prepare Pyaz 2 for pkory
  12. Get Oil as req
  13. Take tsp Zeera der
  14. Make ready 1/4 tsp Metha soda
  15. Prepare 1 tsp Kuti mirch
  16. Take 8,10 Sabot Lal mirch

  1. Dahi ko phet ke us me adha Pao besn Dale or achi trhn mx karein phr Pani dal ke alg rakh dn,Pani apne hisab se use karein
  2. Ek degchi me oil Dale Lesn adrk paste Dale namak pisi mirch haldii Dale or tyr dahi besn dal ke halkii anch par der ganta pkye 2pinch tatri add karein
  3. Pkory ke lye Pyaz hara dhaniya Hari mirch Kuti mirch namak or 1/4tsp soda dal ke better bnalyq
  4. Jab Curry gari hojye to us me pkory bana ke add karein g
  5. Ek Pyaz brown karein zeera Lal sabot ka bhagar lagadn
  6. Akhir me hare dhaniye se garnish krdn

Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat until shimmering. Put it in a large heavy-bottomed saucepan with the turmeric, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and chillies. Turn the heat down low and cook until you have a thick purée, adding water if it gets too dry. Mix and serve. 💭 Khatta ​meetha baingan is made with small baby eggplants and is of North Indian origin.
