Put the squash in a bowl and toss with the mint mixture, then spread it out on a baking sheet, in a single layer as much as possible. In blender,add ice cubes,mint leaves,black salt,prepared lemon squash,soda water and blend well then strain & serve!

The ingredients needed to make Mint lemon squash:
  1. Get 2 kg sugar
  2. Prepare 2 glass water
  3. Prepare 1 glass lemon juice
  4. Make ready 1/4 cup mint leaves
  5. Make ready 1/4 tsp lemon salt (tatri)
  6. Prepare 2 tsp blue food colour

Recipe Courtesy: Anglo-Indian Recipes Squeeze all the lemon and add some lemon juice in mint and make its paste. Add pasta to skillet and toss with squash. Whisk in the lemon juice, and then slowly add the oil, whisking until blended. Toss the squash with enough of the vinaigrette to coat well.

Instructions to make Mint lemon squash:
  1. First of all in a deep pan add water and sugar…. Boil for 6 to 7 minutes for good sugar syrup on low to medium flame….
  2. When sugar syrup will be ready add lemon juice and colour…boil for 1 minute only…
  3. Then add lemon salt just boil for 30 seconds….
  4. Now add washed mint leaves and turn off the heat…. Cover the lid…leave until cool..
  5. Strain it in a dry bottle and keep it in a refrigerator…. It can be use up to two weeks or 1 month
  6. Take one glass chilled water add 4 tbs drink and mix enjoy with lemon mint slices and icecubes ☺️
