The ingredients needed to make Chutney waley samosey:
  1. Get 6 samosa patti cut into 4 pieces each
  2. Prepare 2 potato medium size
  3. Make ready 4-5 tbsp tamarind pulp
  4. Get Pinch tatri
  5. Get Salt as ur taste
  6. Get 3 green chillies
  7. Prepare 1/2 crush red chillies
  8. Take 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds
  9. Get 4 tbsp flour
  10. Get 2 tbsp water
  11. Get Oil for fry

Instructions to make Chutney waley samosey:
  1. Mix flour and water in a small bowl to make a thick paste. AND set a side..
  2. Fold empty samosa Patti into a triangular shape using the sticky flour mixture to glue it shut.
  3. Now for chutney. Blend boil mashed potatoes with salt,red chilli, green chillies, Chinese salt,Tatri, imli pulp, cumin powder, food colour and warm water into paste.
  4. See consistency. It should not be very thick. Add more water of needed.
  5. Then fry mini samosa into medium hot oil and serves with tangy yummy potato chutney.
