  1. Prepare 1 large Red Onion
  2. Prepare 2 large Roma Tomato's
  3. Make ready 12 stick Crab Sticks
  4. Take 3 Advocado's
  5. Make ready 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  6. Take 1 Salmon Creme Cheese
  7. Take 100 grams Smoked Sakmon
  8. Make ready 1 Blue Cheese
  9. Make ready 1 Salt & Pepper
  10. Take 1 Tower Mould

Instructions to make Salmon Layered Tower:
  1. Place mould in a serving dish.
  2. Dice Tomato and Onion and Mix Together and Salt & Pepper to taste!
  3. Cut Crab Sticks into small portions and mix with mayonaise and one tablespoon Salmon Creme Cheese
  4. Cut Avocado's into pieces add salt & Pepper to taste
  5. Cut Salmon into piece's 3cm x 3cm
  6. Now that all the ingrediets has been prepared Seperatley using a table spoon evenly layer starting with the Tomato and Onion mix, then the Crabstick , Diced Advocado's , Creme Cheese , Salmon
  7. Once you have Layered your Tower slowly retract the Tower Mould
  8. Add some Blue Cheese for that last Finishing touch and to bring all the Flavours toghether serve with a slice of lemon
