  11. Prepare 2 tbsp Papaya
  12. Make ready 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  13. Get 1 tsp Turmeric

  15. Make ready 1 tbsp Yellow Food Colour

  17. Prepare 5 g Mint

Instructions to make Gola Kabab:
  1. In a pan, add whole cumin, whole black pepper, Pippali, green cardamom, jaivatri and roast it.
  2. After that, grind it well.
  3. In a bowl, add beef mince, grinded powder, salt, red chilli powder, green chilli, papaya, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, coriander powder, yellow colour, green coriander, mint, black salt and mix it well.
  4. Keep in the refrigerate for 4 hours.
  5. Now make the round kabab on seekh and fry until golden brown.
  6. After then steam for 5 minutes.
  7. Your tasty Gola kabab now ready to serve
