Dahi mein sugar and salt add kar ke mix kar lein or bary us mein dal daen.phir ek pain mein 2tbs oil dal ke garam kry or sabut lal mirch thori black hony tak fry kry or zeera add kar ke baro py baghr laga daen or sath hi chaat masala or koi b green chutney ke sath garnish kar daen….mazaey dar dahi bary tayar
  5. (Chat Masala) fry pan mein long, Kali mirch, sabit lal mirch, ajwain, zeera, sabot dhania dal ke khushbo any tak bhun lein..phir kala namak, tatri, namak, sunth dal ke blender mein mota mota peas lein… Chat masala tayar..
