  2. Angoori or maiday ko aik bowl min dal ke pani mix kar ke un ka mixcture sa bana lain normal sa.
  3. Phir is mixture ko doodh mein dal ke 10 min pakanay dain
  4. Dahi main tatri or thora sa pani dal ke achay sa mix kar lain or ya mixture doodh mein dal dain or 5 minute hilain ta ke doodh phat jay achay sa.. agar bar bar chamach chalain gay to doodh sahi nai phatay ga
  5. Jab doodh phat jaye or pani chor jaye to us ko darmian sa thori ziada anch par pakain or pani bilkul thora sa rah jaye to us mein sugar mix kar dain or us ke baad ghee or Elaichi dal ke bhoon lain achay sa
  6. End par dry fruits dal ke mix karain or kisi b box main dal ke 4 hrs ke lia rakh dain us ke baad decorate kar ke paish karain
