  1. Pre heat the oven to 350*f
  2. And grease up a pan big enough to fit the pasta mix what ever sauce you had and put it in to pan
  3. In a big bowl boil the milk and ad some salt in it
  4. Beat the egg whites and set a side
  5. Now that the milk is almost boiling add the flour and stir with a whisk vigorously when it reaches a creamy texture add the eggs slowly wile stirring
  6. Now add the parmigiana and save some to sprinkle on top and also add the butter and put buck to the oven top stirring till it starts to boil at low heat
  7. Put the mixture in to the pan on top of the pasta and sprinkle the leftover parmigiana
  8. Put it in to the oven and cook till golden about 45 minutes
