  2. Take to taste Salt and Pepper
  3. Make ready 1 pc Calamansi/Lemon Juice
  4. Get 1/4 Cup Mayonaise
  5. Make ready 4 Garlic cloves
  6. Take Grated Cheese

  1. Pre-heat oven to 150C
  2. Season the Milkfish with Calamansi/Lemon Juice, Salt & Pepper, Butter
  3. Mix the Mayonaise with chopped garlic and place on top of the Milkfish
  4. Sprinkle cheese and place in the oven to bake for about 20 mins until cheese is toasted.
