  1. Take 1 kg chicken, cut up into serving portion
  2. Prepare 1 can coconut milk
  3. Take 1 onion, chopped
  4. Prepare 1 clove garlic, minced
  5. Make ready 1 large potato, diced
  6. Get 1 medium carrot, sliced
  7. Prepare 1 1/2 cup warm water
  8. Make ready 1 tsp brown sugar
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp cooking oil
  10. Make ready 1 salt and pepper to taste
  11. Prepare 3 tbsp curry powder
  12. Make ready 1 tsp chili powder (you can add more if u want spicy)
