The ingredients needed to make PINEAPPLE APPLE JAM:
  1. Get 1 large Apple
  2. Make ready 1 slice Pineapple
  3. Get 1/2 tbsp butter
  4. Prepare 2/3 kg sugar
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  6. Take 1/2 cup Water
  7. Take 1/2 small Lime or 2pcs Calamansi

Apple pineapple jam recipe - This is a very healthy sweet and sour jam. As the name suggests this jam is prepared with apples and pineapple. This jam can be used to prepare bread cheese sandwiches and bread butter sandwiches / toast. It can also be served with chapati and pooris.

Steps to make PINEAPPLE APPLE JAM:
  1. Slice apple and pineapple into small pieces.
  2. In a pan , pour water and put butter,pineapple, apple . Boil until the pineapple and apple is tender
  3. When the fruits are tender put the sugar and stir and let it simmer.
  4. Put flour
  5. Squeeze the lime or calamansi and simmer for 5 more minutes with occasional stiring.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool. Transfer to a container.
  7. Serve with bread ;)

This jam can be used to prepare bread cheese sandwiches and bread butter sandwiches / toast. It can also be served with chapati and pooris. Bring boiling-water canner, half full with water, to simmer. Wash jars and screw bands in hot soapy water; rinse with warm water. Pour boiling water over flat lids in saucepan off the heat.

Grains can be good for fighting a terrible mood. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all actually great for helping boost your happiness levels.
